How must does tutoring cost?

Our rate for all tutoring services rendered is $150/hour.

Are there any promotions, discounts, or deals?

Yes, tell your friends! For each successful referral, we are excited to offer you one FREE tutoring session to thank you for helping us grow our company!

Are there any additional costs?

​​None! All tutoring materials are included with your tutoring sessions. Your only fee is the session itself. Our tutoring company is equipped with multiple subscriptions to the best resources available and is constantly growing its repertoire to offer premier, effective services.

How does billing work?

When you book your first tutoring session with us, we ask you for your billing information. Then, we send an invoice for all sessions at the end of each month. We currently accept payment via Venmo, PayPal, check by mail, or through our online invoicing system which allows you to pay via credit or debit card. 

How do we get started?

First, we schedule a phone call for your free consultation. You can DM us, email us, or fill out the "Contact Us" form on our website (link in bio). During the consultation, we will go over fees, whether you would like in-person or remote tutoring, and which tutor would be the best fit. Finally, your tutor will contact you to schedule your first session!

How does scheduling work?

During your initial consultation, we will make a recommendation regarding the frequency and duration of your tutoring sessions based on your child’s age, goals, and learning profile. Tutoring sessions typically are 30, 45, or 60 minutes long and can range from 1-5x per week. Of course, the schedule is ultimately up to you, and our tutors can be flexible and accommodating based on your availability and preference and can make changes to the schedule as needed.

How long/how often are sessions?

​​It depends! Some students learn best in 30-minute, 45-minute, or 60-minute increments, and some students benefit from one session per week while others prefer meeting more often. We understand that no students' needs are the same, so we offer flexibility in scheduling and are able to make changes as needed.

Who are our tutors?

All of our tutors are highly qualified with a degree from a top institution and are experienced teaching and tutoring both in-person and online. We represent a mix of certified teachers, licensed Speech-Language Pathologists, learning specialists with master’s degrees in literacy, special education, and school counseling, and other exceptional professionals who can offer a unique tutoring experience, including teaching yoga, foreign languages, and coding.

Looking for in-person tutoring?

​​Some students are more successful than others learning online. We get it! Our tutors have varying degrees of comfort with in-person tutoring. Based on where you are located and what type of tutoring you are looking for, we will assess whether we can provide in-person tutoring for you at this time. Of course, in-person tutoring will be made available for all in the coming months. Thanks for your understanding!
